My Mission is to walk beside beautiful souls as they remember their Divine Essence and discover the purpose that flows naturally from it. Through presence, reflection, and creative practices, I support you in tuning into your inner guidance and living a life that reflects your highest truth.

My Journey
I have been gifted to see deeply into others and reflect back the truth they may have forgotten. Through my own journey of learning to trust the wisdom of my inner tides, and my Inner Vision I have been so called to guide others by tuning into what’s unseen: the feelings under the words, the stories beneath the symptoms, the truth behind the mask.
For a long time, I questioned everything... my choices, my path, even who I was, and felt lost and disconnected.
But the more I softened into my essence, the more I found power in presence, clarity in stillness, and purpose in guiding others to do the same.
I now support others through 1:1 soul-guided support and therapy, depending on what type of support they need. My approach is intuitive, heart-centered, and attuned to the emotional and energetic layers beneath the surface. I don’t offer quick fixes or cookie-cutter programs. I walk with you, gently and honestly, as you return to your own inner guidance and reclaim your right to live as your whole, empowered self.
When I’m not holding space, I’m learning oil painting, sun-bathing by the river, or embarking on adventures to bakeries and cafes. I believe healing is a value-driven lifestyle & I choose to live mine with pleasure, curiosity, humor, art, and adventure.

My Story
With one foot rooted in therapeutic integrity and the other in intuitive insight, I hold a space where science and soul can meet. What motivated my desire to be of service was my own personal journey of healing from many of life's challenges. The challenges we all face as human beings. I was blessed enough to discover incredibly powerful tools and practices that aided me along my healing journey. I now use these tools to help others move towards empowerment.
