"Why are we here?" It’s a question most of us ask at some point and one that rarely offers a clear answer. But "Why am I here?" is a different kind of inquiry. That answer sometimes reveals itself naturally, through the living of our lives.
We all hold our own definition of purpose. What I’ve come to understand is that each person has many purposes throughout their lifetime, both internal and external. Our internal purpose is rooted in being; our external purposes are how that being expresses itself through action, creation, and connection. And as we evolve, those outer purposes shift and transform with us.
When you feel that calling to “find your purpose,” it’s usually because you’re being divinely guided inward, toward the remembrance of your own essence. From that inner knowing, your path begins to illuminate outward and onward.
Most of us move through life somewhat blind to our natural essence. We might sense it, but rarely do we truly know it.

My desire to be of service comes from my own journey of remembering. Life’s challenges once left me feeling fragmented, lost, and disconnected, and through that process, I discovered powerful practices that helped me step back into my sovereignty and attune to my inner guidance.
